• Strong focus on quality, scalability, and risk reduction.
• Experience with manual testing and defect management.
• Experience with ALM tooling (Jira/SolMan) and SQL for data validation.
• English proficiency level B2 (mandatory).
• Availability for remote work in Portugal (requires availability to relocate within Portugal).
