What you will do

• Architect next-generation agentic planning workflows for large load developers.
• Translate complex transmission planning and RTO/ISO requirements into technical product specifications and user stories.
• Serve as the primary domain expert and technical POC for software engineers, ML researchers, and product managers.
• Drive product execution through internal prototyping, technical design reviews, and QA/QC.
• Synthesize partner requirements and real-world grid data to refine product strategy and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related technical fields.
• 5+ years of experience in power systems analysis and large load development.
• Strong understanding of power flow, short circuit analysis, contingency analysis, and power system stability.
• Proficiency in power system analysis software such as PSS/E, PSLF, TARA, or PSCAD.
• Experience in programming languages including Python, Matlab, JAX, C++, or Julia.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model based in Mountain View, CA.

Nice to have

• Doctorate in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable solutions to complex software problems.
