Data Engineer Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven data governance solutions across modern data platforms.
• Build agent-based frameworks for automated governance, privacy, compliance, and PII protection.
• Develop and optimize data workflows in Snowflake and AWS using S3, Glue, Lambda, and AgentCore.
• Use CoCo and Cortex to create intelligent data processing and governance capabilities.
• Audit data processes to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while remaining hands-on.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data governance, or a related field.
• Experience in technical leadership or management with hands-on technical involvement.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and data governance frameworks.
• Experience building AI/ML-driven or agent-based governance, data masking, and privacy solutions.
• Strong AWS experience with S3, Glue, Lambda, AgentCore, and data optimization workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CoCo and Cortex for intelligent data processing.
• Experience auditing data systems for trends, patterns, and anomalies.
