What you will do

• Coordinate maintenance schedules and manage work order systems for internal teams and contractors.
• Set and track KPIs for the facilities management team to drive operational performance.
• Review and approve repair proposals, ensuring high quality and adherence to budgets.
• Recommend mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead the facility management team in maintaining optimal conditions and appearance of the premises.
• Prepare consolidated reports on budgets, expenditures, and purchase orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Class A high-rise multifamily residential buildings.
• Working knowledge of Mechanical and Fire Systems.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Miami, FL for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, or Sketch Up.
