What you will do

• Own the GTM content library end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, findability, and consistent quality standards.
• Build and maintain the sales methodology curriculum and translate abstract frameworks into concrete tools like call guides and discovery frameworks.
• Develop product enablement infrastructure to keep GTM roles current on hirify.global's platform and new capability releases.
• Create a library of AI-specific enablement content and practical playbooks for selling in an AI-forward landscape.
• Apply instructional design principles to ensure all enablement content drives long-term retention and behavior change.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enablement, instructional design, or GTM content development, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Familiarity with sales frameworks such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
• Hands-on experience with LMS and content tooling such as Seismic, Highspot, Docebo, or Articulate.
• Must be based in or able to work in Boston, MA under a hybrid work model.
