What you will do

• Create on-brand advertising designs for Meta and occasional YouTube campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts with strategists and translate client objectives into visual executions.

• Collaborate with copywriters, senior designers, strategists, and cross-functional teams.
• Review deliverables for quality and take increasing ownership of design tasks across client accounts.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of graphic design experience through agency, in-house, freelance, or internship work.
• Portfolio demonstrating advertising, graphic design, or motion design projects.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Photoshop.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn motion design expressions, accept feedback, and develop professionally.
