What you will do

• Manage 2–4 concurrent implementations for Tracking, Tracking+, and Diagnostics solutions.
• Drive project lifecycles from kickoff to completion, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for customer stakeholders, leading kickoff and status meetings.
• Own project documentation, including detailed plans, requirements, scope changes, and meeting minutes.
• Identify potential risks early and escalate issues to senior leadership.
• Coordinate internal resources, collaborating with Business Consultants and technical teams to hit milestones.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in professional services or tech implementation environments.
• Proven experience in client-facing or customer success roles.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or project activities (up to 15%).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Background in software implementation or technology consulting.
• Experience with enterprise software solutions or SaaS implementations.
