What you will do

• Implement community engagement strategies to grow and nurture online communities across social media, forums, and groups.
• Actively monitor and respond to community feedback and inquiries, representing the brand voice and values.
• Cultivate relationships with community members, influencers, and brand advocates to foster loyalty.
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, polls, contests, and events, to stimulate participation.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product development teams to gather community insights and advocate for user preferences.
• Analyze community trends, sentiment, and engagement metrics to inform and optimize future strategies.

Requirements

• Final-year university student or recent graduate with a passion for social media and digital culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Must be based in Mexico City.
