Salary: $67,200 - $100,800 + cash incentives

What you will do

• Manage warehouse costs by validating forecasts, monitoring stock on hand, and establishing performance metrics.
• Act as a strategic finance advisor to budget owners, providing insights and scenario modeling for new initiatives.
• Drive process optimization using lean methodologies to increase warehousing efficiency.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closings, including 3PL invoice review and accrual coordination.
• Ensure compliance with controlling guidelines and support local and global cost-controlling initiatives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Finance; consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or individuals with a valid visa).

Nice to have

• Experience with integrated business analysis tools such as Hyperion, SAP BI, or ERP.
