What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated test suites for real-time trading systems using agentic AI design.
• Translate system requirements into comprehensive test plans and automated scripts.
• Implement, debug, and test software across the full development lifecycle.
• Mentor team members and champion continuous improvement in end-to-end system testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough system functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6-8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Proven ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems.
