TL;DR
Commercial Systems and AI Specialist (AI/Salesforce): Configuring commercial systems and AI platforms to automate GTM workflows with an accent on Salesforce administration and AI-driven automation. Focus on building proof-of-concepts for AI lead research, automated email drafting, and maintaining the commercial tech stack.
Location: Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid: 3+ days/week in office)

What you will do
- Research, configure, and test AI tools including Claude, Gemini, Zapier, and n8n to improve the GTM stack.
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation sequences to reduce manual administrative tasks.
- Implement prompt-driven workflows and proof-of-concepts for lead research and meeting summarization.
- Manage day-to-day system administration, including user provisioning and troubleshooting for Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
- Perform data cleaning and de-duplication of leads using AI-assisted tools.
- Create "How-To" guides and train the team on effective AI tool usage.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini) and automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make.com).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data manipulation.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Must be based in Budapest, Hungary, and able to work from the office 3+ days per week.
