What you will do

• Develop and execute cross-platform social media strategies and maintain detailed content calendars.
• Produce high-performing visual and written content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Manage community engagement by monitoring and responding to audience interactions daily.
• Analyze KPIs including reach, engagement, and conversions to optimize organic and paid campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and leadership teams to align social initiatives with broader business goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing business or brand accounts across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or HubSpot.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be based in South Africa or Kenya.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or professional services industries.
• Knowledge of influencer partnerships or UGC campaigns.
• Familiarity with paid social advertising and campaign boosting.
• Previous experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
