Project Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Prepare monthly project cost reports, project status reports, accruals, and management presentations.
• Support month-end close by preparing charge-outs and earned-value journal entries in SAP.
• Forecast project cash flow across monthly, quarterly, annual, and project-life horizons, including variance analysis.
• Review and approve contract drafts, purchase requisitions, invoices, and payment applications.
• Resolve vendor payment issues and support bid, award, cost comparison, and bid review processes.
• Maintain consistency between PMWeb and SAP while improving reporting processes through automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Mathematics preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of forecasting, basic budgeting, accounting research, and financial analysis.
• Strong organizational, planning, scheduling, communication, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with project stakeholders and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
• Previous construction experience preferred.
