Location: Hybrid role based at the Osterley office near London, with three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Support the production and analysis of monthly consolidated financial results for the hirify.global Group.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting submissions and disclosures for internal stakeholders and the US parent company.
• Work with finance teams across the group to resolve queries and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Manage the integrity of the group consolidation process and support internal governance and control requirements.
• Identify opportunities to standardise reporting processes and support systems and automation initiatives.
• Provide accounting support for major transactions and structural changes, including consolidation and disclosure impact assessments.

Requirements

• CA/ACA or ACCA qualification, or an equivalent qualification, with strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Ability to investigate complex accounting and reporting matters, assess underlying facts, and apply sound judgement.
• Ability to work independently in a highly controlled environment while managing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across finance and non-finance teams.
• High attention to detail, ownership of work quality, and effective self-review.

Nice to have

• Experience in a group reporting environment.
• Experience with SAP, SAP BI, or OneStream reporting tools.
• Experience developing workflows in automation tools such as Data360.
