What you will do

• Design and operate a unified Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) program covering human, service account, and AI agent identities.
• Establish lifecycle management processes for AI agents, including provisioning, entitlement review, and decommissioning.
• Define and enforce least-privilege access models and zero-trust principles across all identity types.
• Own and mature the enterprise DLP strategy, policy framework, and toolset, covering AI-assisted data flows.
• Drive data tagging, classification, and sensitivity labelling across structured and unstructured data estates.
• Monitor DLP telemetry and investigate high-severity incidents in collaboration with the SOC.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Information Security, with at least 3 years in identity governance, IAM, or data protection.
• Must be based in Ireland.
• Hands-on experience with IGA platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or SailPoint.
• Expertise in enterprise DLP tooling including Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP, or Zscaler.
• Experience securing AI/ML platforms, LLM-based agents, and automation pipelines.
• Strong understanding of zero-trust architecture and privileged access management (PAM).

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or Microsoft SC-300.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
