What you will do

Build and scale test automation, quality infrastructure, and performance testing systems.
Lead the migration of core automation frameworks from Cypress to Playwright.
Define and lead RCA and failure triage processes across multiple teams.
Implement AI-assisted testing strategies, from test generation to flaky-test triage.
Mentor senior engineers and drive the overall quality strategy and vision.

Requirements

8-10+ years of experience building and scaling test automation for complex software.
Strong programming proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional quality initiatives.
Experience integrating AI into quality workflows and managing AI-generated outputs.
Technical leadership experience and ability to mentor other engineers.
Must be based in the USA.
