What you will do

• Build and scale test automation, quality infrastructure, and performance testing systems.
• Lead the migration of core automation frameworks from Cypress to Playwright.
• Define and lead RCA and failure triage processes across multiple teams.
• Implement AI-assisted testing strategies, from test generation to flaky-test triage.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive the overall quality strategy and vision.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience building and scaling test automation for complex software.
• Strong programming proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional quality initiatives.
• Experience integrating AI into quality workflows and managing AI-generated outputs.
• Technical leadership experience and ability to mentor other engineers.
• Must be based in the USA.
