What you will do

• Lead the design and development of robotics systems for mobile robots, drones, and autonomous platforms.
• Architect and implement perception, SLAM, motion planning, and control systems for real-world applications.
• Manage prototyping cycles to transition experimental solutions into robust, production-grade systems.
• Oversee simulation and validation using tools such as Gazebo and Nvidia Isaac Sim.
• Implement high-performance computing solutions leveraging GPU/CUDA, OpenCV, and point cloud processing.
• Mentor engineering teams and translate client business needs into technical architecture reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in robotics software development, including real-time systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2 and robotic visualization tools like RViz.
• Deep understanding of SLAM, trajectory planning, kinematics, and obstacle avoidance.
• Experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA), OpenCV, and PCL.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with simulation tools such as Bullet or Blender.
• Proven track record of presenting technical concepts to stakeholders and clients.
