What you will do

• Coordinate field operations for locker deployment and activation across Italy and Germany.
• Provide clear direction and SOPs for validation tasks, surveys, deployments, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot operational and technical challenges for technicians and store managers via various communication channels.
• Manage client escalations, provide status updates, and perform post-mortems to improve service quality.
• Contribute to the development of documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the support and maintenance organization to resolve hardware and software issues.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Italian is required.
• Must be based in Portugal (Lisbon or Porto).
• Experience coordinating contractors and managing maintenance projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
• Experience with ERP/ticketing systems such as ODOO, Fresh Services, or Airtable.
• Experience working within a startup culture.
