Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and validate digital health and analytics solutions in collaboration with clinicians and data scientists.
• Translate complex clinical workflows into structured data and logic for algorithms and quality measurement.
• Lead ontology mapping and terminology management using SNOMED, ICD, LOINC, and RxNorm.
• Ensure model safety and clinical integrity by overseeing labeling and abstraction processes.
• Mentor junior informaticians and specialists on data validation and workflow improvement.

Requirements

• BSN or related clinical degree with an active RN license required.
• 4–6+ years of experience in clinical informatics, analytics, or digital health.
• Deep understanding of clinical data, EHR systems, and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with data modeling or AI-driven healthcare products.
• Master’s degree or informatics certification (e.g., RN-BC, CPHIMS, ACHIP).
