What you will do

• Oversee the planning, design, and checking of all non-permanent works, including temporary power, lighting, fencing, and scaffolding.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with temporary works through the development of RAMS.
• Supervise the erection and maintenance of temporary structures on-site to ensure they are built correctly.
• Ensure all temporary works strictly comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure temporary works do not compromise main construction.
• Maintain comprehensive records of designs, safety checks, and any alterations made to temporary works.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Temporary Works Coordinator in a construction or engineering environment.
• Ability to conduct detailed risk assessments and develop RAMS.
• Expertise in monitoring and supervising the installation of temporary structures.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Carrington, Manchester.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations and industry standards.
