Salary: €4,600+ gross per month; base minimum pay of €52,824 annually.

What you will do
- Support Agile software development, implementation, maintenance, and problem solving for products.
- Work on the parts.cat.com web application and coordinate testing strategy and activities across multiple teams.
- Lead innovation and continuous improvements across product and testing streams while monitoring team KPIs.
- Manage defects, support solution prioritization, and maintain high software quality standards.
- Develop automated tests with Playwright, TypeScript, or similar tools, and define the test systems and frameworks required for quality assurance.
- Mentor test engineers and guide the creation of structured, high-quality test cases.
Requirements
- Knowledge of software development tools and activities, with the ability to produce software products or systems aligned with requirements.
- Knowledge of software product testing and the ability to design, plan, and execute testing strategies.
- Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Agile software testing, quality assurance, and coordination of testing teams or activities.
- Experience integrating continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines, applying shift-left methodologies, and supporting seamless software delivery.
- Experience with Playwright and TypeScript, backend testing tools such as Postman or Bruno, responsive application testing, Azure DevOps or an alternative, and test management tools.
