What you will do

• Deliver precise daily, weekly, and monthly quality audit reports with data insights and actionable recommendations.
• Drive proactive process improvements using a solution-oriented approach to enhance competitive differentiation.
• Perform thorough root cause analyses to analyze and dissect performance trends.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop action plans for addressing quality issues and ensuring compliance.
• Identify quality control trends and lead coaching initiatives and specialized projects to improve operational performance.

Requirements

• Background in Member Solutions.
• 3+ years of relevant QA assurance experience preferred.
• Experience working with employer groups (1+ years preferred).
• Experience in health insurance or consumer-directed products like HSAs, FSAs, or HRAs (1+ years preferred).
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to work hybrid in the Maitland, FL office.
