Principal 3D Artist (Cinema 4D)

What you will do

• Create high-end 3D illustrations and motion designs for web, marketing, and digital brand surfaces.
• Translate abstract technical concepts into visual narratives, style frames, and production storyboards.
• Build procedural Cinema 4D scenes, dynamic motion systems, physics simulations, and art-directed renders.
• Develop Redshift lighting setups, node-based shaders, material systems, and shared production libraries.
• Manage multi-pass render outputs, EXR compositing workflows, and end-to-end post-production handoffs.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to optimize geometry, bake textures, compress assets, and deliver interactive 3D for the web.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience producing high-quality 3D visuals in leading studios, agencies, or in-house brand teams.
• Expert command of Cinema 4D and Redshift, including modeling, cinematic lighting, node-based materials, and procedural workflows.
• Strong visual design fundamentals, including composition, hierarchy, form, and aesthetic precision.
• Experience owning the complete creative pipeline from concept and illustration through animation, rendering, and post-production.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with brand designers, web designers, motion designers, creative developers, and engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with X-Particles, Houdini, character rigging, or Python scripting for Cinema 4D.
• Familiarity with interactive web 3D tools such as Spline or Three.js.
