C# .Net Developer (Healthcare)

Location: Kraków / Hybrid / Remote from Poland

What you will do

• Maintain and modernize existing C#/.NET applications and develop new backend services and APIs.
• Integrate C# services with an existing Python, FastAPI, and AWS-based platform.
• Build and support containerized, event-driven services using Docker and AWS.
• Investigate production issues through debugging, monitoring, and log analysis.
• Write automated tests to improve application reliability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable software.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience working in Linux environments and with AWS cloud applications.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Python, Git, and Docker.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience.
• Familiarity with medical imaging.
