Product Manager (Autonomous Driving)

Product Manager (Autonomous Driving): Defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global’s map participation in advanced autonomous driving systems with an accent on product discovery, customer requirements, metrics, and technical partnerships. Focus on translating complex customer and feature needs into scalable content, measurement, and process requirements while aligning engineering, commercial, customer success, and senior leadership stakeholders.

Location: Shanghai, China; hybrid work with two days per week in the office and three days worked from either the office or home

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for advanced autonomous driving systems.
• Build technical and commercial partnerships with innovation leaders in the autonomous driving space.
• Conduct product discovery and translate customer needs into requirements for content, metrics, and processes.
• Engage strategic customers throughout program phases and support commercial and customer success teams.
• Align senior leadership and collaborate with engineering teams on product execution.
• Define success metrics and connect them to the broader product and company strategy.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in AI, autonomous driving, or engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; an AI emphasis is preferred.
• Familiarity with autonomous driving concepts, technologies, and regulations.
• Experience or technical training in data science, analytics, or a related field.
• Ability to represent customer needs and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
