Solution Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: Remote, hybrid, or office-based in the listed European countries: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.

Salary: €1,625–€2,750 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Extend Salesforce functionality beyond standard platform capabilities.
• Design and implement custom applications and workflow automation.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Apex and Visualforce.
• Adapt and optimize Salesforce for complex business processes.
• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and collaborate with multiple vendors in a shared delivery environment.
• Use VS Code, GitHub, and Salesforce CLI for development, version control, and deployment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Visualforce, custom applications, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.
• Ability to adapt solutions to complex business processes and resolve advanced technical issues.
• Experience with multi-vendor and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with VS Code, GitHub, and Salesforce CLI.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above and German at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
