What you will do

• Monitor and report regional quality performance, initiating improvements where necessary.
• Manage marketplace product incidents and act as the primary contact for quality complaints.
• Provide quality expertise for third-party manufacturers, logistics providers, and distributors.
• Lead or support external certification audits and regulatory authority requests.
• Approve suppliers, 3PLs, and distributors from a quality perspective.
• Assess quality requirements for import/export activities and development projects.

Requirements

• University degree in general sciences or a technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality roles at a local or regional level.
• Fluent in English.
• Expertise in food industry quality operations.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Mandarin.
