What you will do
- Monitor and report regional quality performance, initiating improvements where necessary.
- Manage marketplace product incidents and act as the primary contact for quality complaints.
- Provide quality expertise for third-party manufacturers, logistics providers, and distributors.
- Lead or support external certification audits and regulatory authority requests.
- Approve suppliers, 3PLs, and distributors from a quality perspective.
- Assess quality requirements for import/export activities and development projects.
Requirements
- University degree in general sciences or a technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality roles at a local or regional level.
- Fluent in English.
- Expertise in food industry quality operations.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
- Experience with safety and security aspects.
- Specific expertise in the tea industry.
