What you will do

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DLP and CASB technologies, providing technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts, including upgrades, patching, and maintenance for customer environments.
• Design and optimize DLP and CASB policies and detection logic to improve the overall security posture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, tune, and ensure the scalability of security solutions.
• Manage technical documentation and projects using internal CRM and case management systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and analysts by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with DLP platforms (e.g., hirify.global, Symantec, McAfee/Trellix, Forcepoint) and/or CASB solutions (e.g., Netskope, Skyhigh).
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, Windows Server administration, and Unix/Linux administration.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the USA (specifically Oregon).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting web proxy or secure email gateway technologies.
• Experience administering Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of regular expressions (Regex) and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, Perl, or Java.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or Network+.
