Salary: $145,300 – $232,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate security controls for cloud-native platforms and workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Partner with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure cloud services are secure by design and resilient at scale.
• Provide security oversight and engineering support for AI-enabled capabilities and Large Language Models (LLMs) on the Pismo platform.
• Ensure AI adoption aligns with security controls, data-protection principles, and global regulatory expectations.
• Develop and ship automation tools for security operations using Python or Go.

Requirements

• 6+ years in IAM/security engineering with a strong record of hands-on delivery.
• Deep knowledge of IAM fundamentals: identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, and access reviews.
• Demonstrated coding ability in Python or Go (PowerShell/Bash acceptable).
• Experience with multi-cloud security/IAM across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience engineering and integrating PAM capabilities (vaulting, rotation, JIT/JEA).
• Experience applying GenAI to security operations for workflow automation and policy templating.
