What you will do

• Own the multi-year vision, strategy, and investment roadmap for the Data and AI product portfolio.
• Provide day-to-day management for the Science, Innovation, and Labs platform.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and cross-functional teams, setting delivery standards and operating rhythms.
• Establish governance for data integrity, security, privacy, IP protection, and responsible AI.
• Collaborate with senior global stakeholders to manage priorities, dependencies, and strategic trade-offs.
• Scale the standardization of data products and AI capabilities to accelerate insight generation.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of complex global data and AI products.
• Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working in R&D environments (e.g., biotechnology, discovery, formulation, or applied research).
• Ability to translate scientific and business workflows into scalable data and AI capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for engagement at director and executive levels.
• English: Proficiency required (resume submission in English).
