What you will do

• Develop creative strategies and concepts to promote the mobile application across various networks.
• Collaborate with Product and UA teams to identify key app features and test collaborative approaches to boost performance.
• Optimize creatives based on analytical data and user feedback.
• Conduct competitor research to analyze market best practices.
• Create advertisements for Meta, Google, and other advertising networks.
• Write briefs for UGC, evaluate results, and implement reworks to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Creative Marketing Manager or Creative Producer in performance marketing.
• Experience in the healthy lifestyle, nutrition, or fitness field is preferred.
• A data-driven approach and the ability to implement performing creative strategies.
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher.
• Deep understanding of target audience needs and modern social media trends.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to drive processes independently.
