Process Modelling Specialist (BPM)

What you will do

• Model, document, and maintain business processes using ARIS to ensure transparency and consistency.
• Evolve process architecture and create end-to-end views (O2C, S2P) to identify dependencies and streamline interfaces.
• Ensure process models and documentation comply with established standards and governance requirements.
• Partner with process owners and subject matter experts to facilitate alignment and support business initiatives.
• Leverage AI capabilities and digital solutions to enhance process documentation, efficiency, and user adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BPM, Process Modelling, Business Analysis, or Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, EPC, or equivalent modelling methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in ARIS, Signavio, or comparable BPM platforms.
• Ability to use AI-based tools to accelerate process analysis and content creation.
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in the FMCG industry.
