What you will do

• Design scalable, secure, and modern software solutions for enterprise clients.
• Analyze business requirements from complex client environments to create thorough technical solution proposals.
• Prepare effort and cost estimations for custom engineering, modernization, and CX solution implementations.
• Develop high-level designs, technical blueprints, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to shape technical proposals across various delivery models.
• Expand technical pre-sales into emerging areas such as AI, automation, and cloud hyperscalers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or solution architecture.
• Proficiency with modern architecture patterns: microservices, event-driven systems, API-first design, and containerization.
• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology.
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales engagements, customer workshops, and solution development processes.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Mexico City, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Customer Experience (CX) technologies or enterprise engagement platforms (e.g., Genesys, NICE).
