Site Director (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Lampertheim, Germany; onsite at a semiconductor manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Create production manufacturing plans with senior leadership and maintain maximum facility capacity.
• Balance tactical performance requirements with strategic growth and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Own the facility’s full P&L and partner with the financial controller to improve financial performance.
• Lead safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, cost improvement, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Support R&D, project management, new product development, quality improvement, lean, and supply chain activities.
• Develop the organization’s culture and capabilities, assess staffing needs, and coach teams and individuals toward performance objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or university degree.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in fab operations.
• Experience managing teams with more than 300 indirect reports.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing practices and strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English is required.
