What you will do

• Develop foundational platforms for Affirm's expansion into new international markets.
• Build features for purchase protection, including disputes and refunds.
• Develop and optimize agent tooling to enhance customer support experiences.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to create cohesive, scalable solutions.
• Participate in the team's on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Experience shipping web applications using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
• Experience designing, developing, and launching APIs at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Ability to translate business scenarios into extensible, well-tested, and clear code.
• Comfort navigating large codebases, debugging, and providing technical feedback via code reviews.
• Must be based in Spain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for global collaboration.
