What you will do

• Lead frontend architecture and technical direction for the self-serve onboarding and platform experience.
• Develop features with a split of approximately 80% frontend and 20% Python backend.
• Partner with Design to translate concepts into production-ready onboarding flows.
• Mentor engineers and establish high standards for frontend craft and quality.
• Define frontend conventions, conduct architecture reviews, and set testing approaches.
• Contribute to the Python codebase to unblock frontend work and ship features end-to-end.

Requirements

• Strong production experience architecting and building complex frontend applications.
• Ability to act as the most senior frontend voice, providing technical guidance to product and design teams.
• Willingness to work within a Python backend codebase.
• Proven experience mentoring other engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience building or integrating payment products.
• Experience with growth, onboarding, or activation-focused product surfaces.
