Customer Service Advisor (German)

Location: Hybrid (Slough, UK) - Minimum 2 days per week in the office required.

What you will do

• Respond to consumers in English and German via phone and email.
• Handle queries regarding orders, returns, digital/app experiences, hirify.global electronics, and product quality.
• Build strong and positive relationships with consumers in an engaging manner.
• Solve brick-based problems using internal IT tools and programs.
• Work flexible shifts, including some weekends, to ensure exceptional service levels.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and German (spoken and written).
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Slough office (Hybrid: minimum 2 days per week in-office).
• Solid IT skills to support consumer requests.
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in a high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to various shifts and weekend work.
