Client Consulting Manager (Payments): Developing strategic consulting projects and data-driven solutions for payment clients in Turkey with an accent on portfolio growth, profitability analysis, and client engagement. Focus on analyzing payment portfolio data, building measurable recommendations, and coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Visa’s global teams.
Location: Istanbul, Turkey; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Lead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagements by identifying future opportunities with clients.
- Develop frameworks, proposals, solutions, and recommendations for strategic payment challenges.
- Build measurable insights and solutions to grow client portfolios, improve profitability, and increase customer engagement.
- Analyze client portfolio data, including customer demographics, activity, spend levels, behavioral scores, and financial information.
- Manage multiple workstreams and act as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, risk, innovation, and global regional teams to execute projects.
Requirements
- Deep experience and a strong performance track record in a large consulting firm or corporate strategy environment.
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills with a focus on return on investment and business profitability.
- Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and translate findings into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and data-visualization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Availability to work from the Istanbul office at least three set days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
Nice to have
- Understanding of card issuers’ profit-and-loss statements and the key drivers of profitability.
- Experience creating templates, storyboards, competitive analyses, and client delivery materials.
