TL;DR
Growth Web Developer (Vue/Nuxt): Building and optimizing high-performing web experiences, campaign landing pages, and edge-rendered applications for Australian property brands with an accent on Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and marketing measurement. Focus on improving conversion performance, implementing Cloudflare Workers solutions, and building reliable analytics and tracking infrastructure across digital advertising platforms.
Location: Remote from the Philippines; home office, wired internet of at least 100 Mbps, and backup internet of at least 20 Mbps required.

What you will do
- Optimize desktop and mobile websites for Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed Insights, usability, SEO, and conversion.
- Build and maintain edge-rendered web applications and reusable campaign landing pages.
- Implement technical SEO features including metadata, JSON-LD structured data, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, and OpenGraph tags.
- Configure and audit GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking for Google Ads, Meta, and other marketing platforms.
- Develop maintainable frontend code and contribute to Git workflows, code reviews, CI/CD, deployments, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering, digital media, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver measurable campaign outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of web development experience.
- Experience with modern web applications using Next.js/React, Vue/Nuxt, or Laravel/PHP.
- Experience with, or strong willingness to learn, Nuxt 3/4, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Cloudflare Workers.
- Proven web performance optimization experience, including asset optimization, caching, Core Web Vitals, and PageSpeed Insights.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, technical SEO, Git, GitHub, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD.
- Must be able to work from home in the Philippines with the specified internet and home-office requirements. Strong problem-solving, communication, independence, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
