What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality frontend features and components using React and Next.js.
• Own frontend architecture decisions and drive best practices for state management, performance, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers within Agile (Scrum) sprint cycles.
• Write clean, well-tested code and champion code reviews to establish quality gates.
• Mentor and support mid-level developers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical growth.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, rendering issues, and scalability challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience building applications with Next.js and React.
• Strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript in production environments.
• Deep understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, and the Next.js App Router.
• Hands-on experience with React 19 features (Server Components, Server Actions, use() hook).
• Experience with Next.js 15 capabilities, including Partial Prerendering (PPR) and Turbopack.
• English: B2+ proficiency (written and verbal) required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Knowledge of multitenant platform architecture and tenant isolation patterns.
• Ability to contribute to complex, large-scale system design and architectural trade-offs.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Sentry or New Relic.
