What you will do

• Provide proactive technical leadership and support to strategic customers independently.
• Manage support interactions and act as an internal advocate for customer escalations.

• Conduct regular client reviews both remotely and on-site regarding system status and releases.
• Create executive presentations on system performance, ROI, and strategic roadmaps.
• Design and implement solutions to complex technical problems within the customer's environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in professional services, sales engineering, or senior support roles.
• Strong knowledge of data communication, SMTP, Linux, and MySQL.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
• English: reading and writing required for global collaboration; conversational skills preferred.
• Proven ability to lead technical staff through crisis situations.
• Experience with DLP or email security platforms is a strong advantage.
