TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Cairo, Egypt.

What you will do

  • Resolve complex technical issues for customers across network, endpoint, and IoT attack surfaces.
  • Manage and prioritize a caseload of service requests while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge-base articles, and self-service content.
  • Collaborate with field teams to champion customer needs and escalate critical issues to senior resources.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, including holidays and weekends.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to internal training initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a technical support or system administration role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following: Unix/Linux administration, network security (firewalls, VPNs), Windows Server/Active Directory, or database management (MySQL/MongoDB).
  • Experience with scripting in Python and security assessment tools like NMAP or Wireshark.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage high-pressure customer situations.

  • Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP).
