What you will do

• Manage vendor onboarding and perform regular Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Execute accurate data entry of invoices and GL codes, ensuring timely payments and proper documentation.
• Monitor overdue invoices and prepare cross-border cash flow forecasts and regional fund requests.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for AP-related accounts and prepare necessary journal entries.
• Support month-end closing activities, including expense accrual journals and responding to financial investigation queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, reduce manual work, and update SOP documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in Accounting or Finance, focusing on Accounts Payable (AP).
• Strong proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Mandarin.
• Proficiency in an additional Southeast Asian (SEA) language.
