Sales Manager | Fintech & Payments (any sales experience) - Limassol or remote

We are expanding our fintech & payments team and looking for motivated Sales Managers to join an international and fast-growing company.

💼 Responsibilities:
• Identify and contact potential business clients
• Develop new sales opportunities across European markets
• Conduct calls, online meetings, and presentations
• Manage the full sales cycle (from first contact to onboarding)
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs

🎯 Requirements:
• English - B1-B2
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive and result-driven mindset
• *Any sales experience is welcome* (B2B, B2C, retail, telesales, real estate, insurance, automotive, hospitality, etc.)
• Interest in fintech/payments is an advantage but not required
