We are looking for a pure, network-driven Sales Manager with a strong, active portfolio of high-risk merchants. We need a proactive "go-getter" who loves pure sales, networking, and generating revenue —no BDM/Product ambitions, just closing deals and growing your network!

Key Responsibilities

• Merchant Acquisition: Leverage your existing network to onboard new merchants in high-risk verticals (iGaming, Forex, Adult, etc.).
• Networking & Offline Presence: Attend key industry conferences, travel, and meet partners face-to-face in major European iGaming hubs.
• Portfolio Growth: Sit on and continuously expand your client portfolio to maximize revenue.

Requirements

• Proven Track Record: Experience as a Sales Manager within payment solutions / PSP / FinTech.
• Merchant Base: An active portfolio and strong connections with high-risk merchants (international market experience is essential).
• Location: Based in Europe (high priority for Cyprus or Spain due to ease of local networking and travel).
• Mindset: Mobile, outgoing, and highly driven by uncapped financial rewards.
• Languages: Russian and English
