What you will do

• Design, develop, refactor, and maintain complex features for desktop applications and cloud services.
• Prototype and implement production-grade software components in collaboration with product owners and designers.
• Ensure code quality and system stability through comprehensive unit and integration testing.
• Drive continuous improvement as an active member of a Scrum team following Agile and LEAN methodologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to elevate the team's technical proficiency.
• Integrate AI technologies and trends into products to create tangible customer value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in software engineering or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale software development with at least two commercial software cycles.
• Sophisticated programming skills in C++ and extensive experience with Visual Studio toolsets.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD).
• Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and system analysis.
• Proven ability to work within scaled Scrum teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
• Experience with C#, .NET, and Python.
• Background or education in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
• Familiarity with computational geometry and cloud services.
• Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or SQLite.
• Practical experience with AI technologies and frameworks.
