What you will do

  • Develop and implement new algorithms to enhance simulation and cost estimation capabilities.
  • Translate complex engineering concepts into robust, production-ready software features.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate new approaches and validate performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new capabilities into the software platform.
  • Leverage modern AI tools, coding assistants, and agent frameworks throughout the software lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related), Applied Mathematics, Physics, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, QT, C++, and VBA.
  • Proficiency with VS Studio, VS Code, Git, and Azure DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • AI-native mindset with experience using modern AI tools in development workflows.
  • Clear and effective English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of metal forming processes.
  • Familiarity with finite element methods (FEM) and simulation techniques.
  • Experience with numerical methods or physics-based modeling.
