What you will do

• Design, code, test, and document software applications and high-performance platform services.
• Contribute to the design of larger software systems while ensuring security and alignment with standards.
• Perform peer reviews and validate work to maintain high engineering quality.
• Assist with release management, planning, and quality assurance tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to represent user and customer needs.
• Support routine issue resolution and suggest new approaches to technical tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and JSON.
• Experience with enterprise-scale data solutions and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Must be able to work from the Toronto office two days a week.
