TL;DR
Director, Digital Solutions (Fintech): Defining and executing Visa’s Philippines digital solutions strategy across digital credentials, tokenization, wallets, authentication, digital acceptance, and emerging payment solutions with an accent on product commercialization, client adoption, and regulatory implementation. Focus on launching and optimizing digital payment products, guiding issuers and ecosystem partners, and resolving complex cross-functional implementation challenges.
Location: Makati, Philippines; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Define and execute the Philippines digital solutions strategy across digital credentials, tokenization, wallets, authentication, digital acceptance, and emerging payment solutions.
- Identify market opportunities and develop product strategies, business cases, commercialization plans, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead products from strategy and client engagement through implementation, launch, adoption, and performance optimization.
- Partner with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, merchants, wallets, payment facilitators, and other ecosystem participants.
- Provide strategic advisory and implementation guidance on ’s digital product suite.
- Lead implementation of mandates, operating regulations, rules changes, security standards, and digital payment requirements.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
- Experience defining product vision, goals, strategy, design, customer discovery, execution, and delivery plans.
- Experience with Agile frameworks, matrixed organizations, process or core banking best practices, and commercial forecasting.
- Experience recruiting, developing, retaining, and leading technical talent.
- Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams and managing complex product initiatives.
- Ability to work from the Makati office at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- 12 or more years of experience, or equivalent advanced-degree or PhD experience.
- Senior product management experience in digital products, payments, and financial services.
- Experience launching digital products for issuers and managing large card portfolios.
- Experience with UX/UI transformation, complex negotiations, third-party vendors, and cross-enterprise projects.
- Experience managing diverse teams with strong performance records.
