TL;DR
Translation Management Associate Product Owner (MarTech): Managing translation management systems, translation workflows, platform governance, and vendor delivery across business units with an accent on data quality, integrations, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on administering SaaS platforms, coordinating translation projects, managing enhancement backlogs, and monitoring operational metrics.
Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; onsite role with a 3pm–12am mid-shift schedule and occasional planned shift changes. Travel is approximately 1–5%.

What you will do
- Administer translation management and related enterprise platforms, including users, roles, data, configurations, and system operations.
- Coordinate translation requests, vendors, delivery activities, orders, billing, and translation project completion.
- Manage platform data, metadata, integrations, data quality, hygiene, and the enhancement backlog.
- Collaborate with capability owners across PIM, DAM, Web, and Commerce to support integrated content processes.
- Support users with content submissions, exports, troubleshooting, adoption, training, and governance documentation.
- Monitor translation volumes, turnaround times, platform utilization, and operational health.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience managing a digital SaaS platform.
- At least three years of general digital, MarTech, or IT experience.
- Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder requirements-gathering skills.
- Ability to learn and administer SaaS platforms and use advanced MS Office and business system applications.
- Availability for the 3pm–12am mid-shift schedule and occasional planned schedule changes.
- Strategic and critical thinking with a commitment to achieving goals.
Nice to have
- Experience managing translation services or platforms such as GlobalLink, Smartling, or Phrase.
- Five years of digital, MarTech, or IT experience.
- Basic knowledge of JSON and ChatGPT or other AI tools.
